Butterscotch Haystacks Candy Recipe
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 4 hours
Makes: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- 12 ounces chow mein noodles
- Christmas sprinkles
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
Pour the melted candy over the chow mein noodles.
Toss until well coated.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
Allow the candy to chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours, until set.
