Stuffed Crescent Roll Carrots Recipe
Prep Time: 10 min
Bake Time: 7-9 min
Serves: 8
Ingredients
- Crescent rolls (8 count can)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chives
- Pinch of salt
- 16 fresh parsley sprigs
- 8 squares of foil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Take the foil pieces and roll them into a cone shape.

Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll them. Take each one and wrap around one of the cone foil shapes to make a carrot shape.

Bake in the oven for 7-9 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Allow the crescent rolls to cool, then carefully remove the foil.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, parsley, chives, and salt.

Add the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag, and then snip a large hole into the tip.

Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the crescent roll cones.

Add 2 sprigs of fresh parsley to the top of each one (inserting into the cream cheese mixture) to resemble the carrot stem.
