This quick and easy strawberry brownies recipe using cake mix is almost foolproof! Just mix four ingredients together and bake in a cake pan. That’s it! The homemade brownies can be made in less than an hour.
These pink brownies with a sweet strawberry flavor are especially great for Valentine’s Day or Easter treats.
Strawberry Brownies Recipe From Cake Mix

Cook Time: 35 Minutes
Yields: About 12 servings
Ingredients
- One 3.9 ounce box instant strawberry pudding
- 2 cups milk
- One 15.25-ounce package strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Whisk together the instant pudding and milk in a large bowl until the pudding is dissolved.
Add the cake mix and stir together until well combined.
Fold in most of the white chocolate chips. Keep a few aside to top the brownies.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top of the cake mix.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
