Gingerbread Bark (No-Bake)

Holiday bark is a popular food gift to give at Christmas, and gingerbread is one of the classic flavors this time of year. So why not combine the two to make a festive Gingerbread Holiday Bark using gingersnaps?

Gingerbread Holiday Bark Recipe

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Put the ginger snap cookies in a zip-top bag and seal. Break the cookies into crumbs and small pieces by crushing with your hands or using a rolling pin.

Microwave the brown chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals. Stir at the end of each interval to help the chocolate melt evenly.

In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers in the same way.

Put the white chocolate into a piping bag or zip-top plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner. 

Pour the brown chocolate on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

While the chocolate is still wet, drizzle the white chocolate across the brown chocolate using the piping bag.

Immediately add the sprinkles all over the chocolate.

Then place the gingerbread man candy randomly on the chocolate.

Sprinkle the gingersnap cookie crumbs and pieces all over the bark. 

Allow the chocolate bark to get hardened in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After the chocolate has hardened, break the bark into large pieces.
