These easy mummy brownies use a boxed brownie mix and candy bars to make Halloween brownies. Using basic baking decorations simplifies this recipe so that anyone can make these spooky brownies with no hassle!

Ingredient Notes
- You can use any type of basic box brownie mix but do not use one with fudge swirls, cookie dough, etc.
- Canola or vegetable oil is generally used in brownie recipes, but you can substitute another type of oil if you desire.
- Twix bars candies work great for this recipe, or you can substitute mini Mounds or Almond Joy if your prefer.
- Be sure to use White decorating icing, not gel!
- The Edible candy eyeballs are what make these brownies super cute!
How to Make Mummy Brownies

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan and set aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water.

Pour brownie mixture into the greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges start to crisp and look brown.

Step 3
Let the brownies cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the brownies into 12 squares.

Step 4
Place a mini Twix in the center of each brownie square.

Step 5
Gently push two edible googly eyes into the candy coating of each mini Twix at the top of the candy bar.

Step 6
Using the white decorating icing, swirl the icing back and forth over the Twix to create mummy bandages.
