If you want a quick and easy holiday cocktail recipe that everyone will oooohhhh and ahhhh over, then this Chocolate Rabbit Cocktail is perfect!

Two chocolate rabbit cocktails with blue eyes, mint garnish, and paper straws sit beside a bottle of Baileys, a gold bunny figurine, and two decorative red roses.

This cocktail presentation is what makes these drinks so fun! Who wouldn’t want to drink out of a chocolate rabbit?

We love this recipe because it is so easy to make. Plus, you can eat the chocolate rabbit afterwards as an Easter treat.

It is very important to get a hollow chocolate bunny. You don’t want a solid chocolate rabbit because you wouldn’t be able to fill it up.

Cutting off the chocolate rabbit ear creates a hollow “cup” that can be filled with any beverage of your choosing. Warm a knife with hot water to make cutting off the ear easier.

A bottle of Bailey’s Strawberries & Cream, two chocolate bunnies, a cheese knife, mint sprigs, two red rose decorations, and a white straw are arranged on a tray—perfect for crafting a whimsical chocolate rabbit cocktail.

We chose to mix Strawberries and Cream Baileys with strawberry milk to make a pretty pink cocktail that can be seen inside the rabbit.

A glass tray holding a bunch of mint, two chocolate rabbit cocktail treats with straws, and a cup labeled "Strawberries & Cream.

You can choose any flavor combo you like (for instance, chocolate milk and Baileys).

Be sure to use straws with this cocktail, otherwise it is hard to drink out of the bunny!

You may want to cut down the straws in half so that they will fit.

  • Warm a knife with hot water before cutting off the ear so that the chocolate cuts easier.
