Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box no-bake cheesecake mix
  • 2 lbs of strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • Graham cracker crumbs (we used a graham cracker crust that had been crushed up with a rolling pin)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cheesecake box mix with 1 ½ cups milk until there are no more clumps.

Put the cheesecake mixture into the fridge for about 5-10 minutes or until it is starting to set and get slightly firm.

Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the middle of the hulled strawberries.

Dip the tops of the strawberries into the crushed graham cracker crust to cover the cheesecake mixture.

Put the strawberries in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to fully set the cheesecake before serving.
