- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
- Yields: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) or your choice of nut butter
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 8-10 pretzels, cut in half
- 24 red M&Ms
- 48 mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Biscoff cookie butter, sugar, salt and eggs. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to blend the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop out balls of dough and place on top of the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Gently flatten each scoop with the back of the spoon or your fingers.
Using the halved pretzels, gently press them into the top sides of each cookie to create reindeer antlers.
Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them to ensure they do not overbake; they should be soft when removed from the oven.
While the cookies are warm, press a red M&M into the center of each cookie for the reindeer nose. Add two mini chocolate chips above the M&M to create eyes.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
