Foolproof 2-Ingredient Frosting Fudge (No Bake)

This 2-Ingredient Vanilla Fudge is foolproof! This basic canned frosting fudge recipe can be modified in so many ways to make quick and easy holiday gifts or desserts.

This basic vanilla fudge recipe can be jazzed up by adding chopped nuts, dried fruits or candies on top.

Make this fudge colorful by adding sprinkles to the top of a few drops of food coloring in the mixture after heating.

You can also change the flavor of chocolate chips or the frosting for different variations. For instance, chocolate frosting and milk chocolate chips for easy chocolate fudge. Or strawberry frosting for a strawberry fudge.

2-Ingredient Canned Frosting Fudge Recipe

Yields: About 16 1-Inch Pieces

Ingredients

  • One 16-Ounce Can Vanilla Frosting
  • One 16-Ounce Bag Semi-Sweet White Chocolate Chips

Directions

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for a minute, then stir. They won’t be fully melted, but that is fine.

Add the frosting to the bowl with the chocolate chips. Then microwave for 30 seconds and stir all ingredients together. Continue to microwave in 30 second increments until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth when stirred. 

Pour the mixture into the lined pan and spread evenly.

Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set. 

Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces.

Helpful Tips

  • Store fudge in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in a cool, dry spot for up to 1 week.
  • You can freeze fudge in a sealed container for up to 3 months.
  • For variation, you can choose any flavor of chocolate chips or frosting to mix up the flavor of the fudge.
  • To flatten the top of the fudge and make it smooth, tap the pan on the counter to make the mixture settle evenly.
