How to Make an Apple Pie Cocktail with Fireball

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 1/2 oz. apple juice (or apple cider for more intense flavor)
- 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. fireball
- Ice
- Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish, optional

Directions
To coat the rim of the glass, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon on a saucer or small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into a small amount of apple juice (or simple syrup or corn syrup), and then dip it into the cinnamon sugar until the mixture sticks to the rim.

For the cocktail, add the ice, apple juice, vanilla vodka, and fireball into a cocktail shaker.

Shake the mixture to combine and chill.
Pour into the rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
