These adorable mini pumpkin marshmallow bites are perfect for parties and bake sales! The easy no-bake recipe makes bite-sized candy-coated treats that look like they were just picked out of a pumpkin patch!

Our pumpkin fudge is another crowd favorite at gatherings and Fall bakes sales, too!
Ingredients
Marshmallows We used regular marshmallows but you can use giant marshmallows, too.
Cookie Crumbs We used Oreo cookies and scraped out the filling before crushing the cookies into crumbs. Pulsing the cookies in a food processor is the quickest way to get chocolate cookie crumbs. However you could also put the cookies in a zip-top plastic bag or between two layers of waxed paper and then roll over with a rolling pin or smash with a meat tenderizer. Or use a mortar and pestle. Alternatively, you could also use chocolate graham crackers.
Green Candy The pumpkin leaf is made from green candy. We used Mike & Ikes candies and cut them in half. You could use any type of green candy or roll out leaves with green fondant.

How to Make Pumpkin Patch Marshmallow Bites
Open up the Oreo cookies and scrape out the white cream that is inside.
Crush the cookies into a powder until they look like dirt. Pulsing the cookies in a food processor is the easiest way to do this.
Melt the orange candy melts in the microwave by following directions on the bag.
Using one pretzel stick, dip it into the candy melt and then stick it into the top of a marshmallow. Continue with every pretzel stick and marshmallow. Allow to sit for a minute or two to allow the candy to harden.

Dip the marshmallows into the candy melt. Use a spoon to help coat the entire marshmallow with candy, if needed. Pick up the marshmallow out of the candy melt and allow the excess to drip off.

If your candy melt starts to harden during this process, place it back in the microwave and heat for 10-15 second intervals.
Now dip the bottom of the candy-coated marshmallow into the crushed cookie dirt. Roll the edges slightly to allow some of the cookie crumbs to get up the sides of the pumpkin.

Place a half of a green candy on top of the pumpkin to be the leaf. Gently press the candy into the orange candy melt. If needed, dip the bottom of the green candy leaf into the candy melt and then attach.

Place the marshmallows on wax paper and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
