2-Ingredient Vanilla Fudge Recipe

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 2 Minutes
Chill Time: 4 Hours
Yields: About 16 1-Inch Pieces

Ingredients

  • One 14-Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • One 12-Ounce Bag Semi-Sweet White Chocolate Chips
A can of sweetened condensed milk sits beside a bowl of white chocolate chips on a marble surface, ready to create creamy vanilla fudge. A wooden spoon and a striped cloth are charmingly placed nearby.

Directions

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for a minute, then stir. They won’t be fully melted, but that is fine.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl with the chocolate chips. Then microwave for 30 seconds and stir all ingredients together. Continue to microwave in 30 second increments until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth when stirred.

A glass bowl filled with a creamy vanilla fudge mixture and white chocolate chips sits enticingly. Nearby, a striped cloth, wooden spoon, and measuring spoons rest elegantly on the marble surface.

Pour the mixture into the lined pan and spread evenly.

A square baking pan brims with creamy vanilla fudge on parchment paper, surrounded by a wooden spoon, measuring spoons, striped cloth, and white chocolate chips on a marble surface.

Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set.

Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces.
