Ingredients
Method
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and then set aside.
- Place the caramel melts in a medium mixing bowl and place the green melts in another bowl.
- Pour one can of the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the caramel melts.
- Combine the candy flavoring and the second can of sweetened condensed milk and stir together well. Then pour over the top of the green candy melts.
- Microwave each bowl for 2 ½ minutes or until the mixture turns smooth when stirred. Do this one bowl at a time. Be sure to stop every minute to stir the mixture. This allows the ingredients to not overcook.
- Pour each of the melted mixtures into the pan, alternating each color and pouring at random so that it swirls as you add the colors. You can also swirl the colors together with a knife or spatula after all of the melts have been poured into the pan.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until fully set.

Notes
- This recipe makes 32 pieces that are 1/2 inch in size. If you want larger pieces, there will be less servings.
- Do NOT use nonstick spray on the pan instead of parchment paper. It just won't work.
- Either salted caramel or regular caramel candy melts will work, just don't use actual caramel pieces.
- You can use a smaller or larger pan, but the thickness and serving sizes will vary. Smaller pans will take longer to set, while larger pans will take less time to set.
- Once the fudge is in the refrigerator and setting, don't move it or it will make the top of the fudge look wrinkled.
- This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- If you freeze the fudge, allow to soften and come to room temperature before eating, otherwise it will be too hard.
